Consulting services

Fees for consulting and project work are set out in the individual engagement agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, amounts for work already performed are non-refundable.

Requesting a review

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact kai@adelai-consulting.com within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.
